Post: What to do when Black Ops gets boring

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); A lot of you have been finding that black ops has been starting to get boring. This and that is overpowered, this connection sucks, that killstreak sucks, derp herp, blah blah blah...

Seriously, whining and getting stressed out about the killsreaks and guns will not fix anything or make the game more exciting. However I have found out a way to renew black ops and make it actually enjoyable to play.

I guarantee you are just playing it because it's the latest game, and you're trying to get to a high prestige. It's a rather simple concept actually. If the game gets boring to you, just stop playing it.

Just find another thing to do, PS3 and XBOX weren't made just to run call of duty you know. Go back and play old games or use the browser to watch porn. I for example went back to GTA4. Trust me it's way better than black ops after you get bored of it. I swear it has to be the most stress free game in the world

You can do so much shit, everything from having sex with a hooker and then kill her with a baseball bat for a re-fund, to catching old women on fire with Molotov cocktails.

Another great thing that has recently come to PS3 is Netflix. I personally have started to watch Lost, the TV series. There's 113 free HD episodes on Netflix, at 40 minutes an episode that's 80 hours of video, over three straight days.

After doing all that shit and taking a long break from black ops makes me want to actually play it, and not just get on to level. I know this is long as hell too, I just got carried away. Ohwell nobody is probably reading this far anyway so I could technically type anything I wanted to here and it will go un-noticed.

GTA4 has got to be the best game to go to after Black Ops causes you to rip your hair out and throw your controller across the room. If you play on PS3 we should play it sometime.

At least I can fight
Dude I remember with Neflix I tested the HD quality by watching the first Lost episode. I ended up watching the whole episode. And the whole freaking series. Love it

I totally agree, sometimes CoD is a very frustrating game and you need a break sometimes. I was getting burned out on BO myself, but after playing Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood for a long while it actually made me want to play, instead of moaning at every death.

Yeah, last week got really mad at this game, went back to MW2 and guess what. I usually dominate, but my first game was 7-19!! :P Its just a lot quicker, most people rush as f...k or quickscope you (which i dont mind) haha. Well, next game i was back to first position Happy After few matches of Domination i had a big f......g smile across my face. Thats how you should make games.

Lol yeah I'm near the end of the 3rd season. I saw my friend watching it non-stop and I was wondering what was so goddamn good about it that he hasn't played for like 2 weeks, then I watched the first episode and was hooked.

I lol'd along with this thread.

I didn't know that there were free epidsodes on Netflix. Thought everything was through subscription service.

I gave away my copies of GTA IV, but I do have other games that I pick up from time to time if I get frustrated with Black Ops. NFSHP is one that's in my 360 from time to time when I get mad at BO.

Driving Dodge Charger, running code on open Seacrest County roads is very calming for me. Smile

Well you do need a subscription but then you get everything, I just figured mostly everyone would have it because nearly everyone I know has a subscription to netflix.

I don't have one. Didn't feel like paying them for a subscription. Think I'll have to look into it.
