Anyway I was just listining to the painkiller allready podcast and they were discussing how Treyarch are considering bringing the clip size of the Ak74U down to 20 to bring it in line with all the other SMG'S

what's everyone's views on this do you think if they bring the clip size down to 20 a lot less people will start using this weapon,
will you still use it if it goes down to 20?
if you use this gun all the time will you go with another smg or switch to an AR?
what attachment would you use on it if ammo was reduced?
would you use extended mag's on it to make up for the lack of ammo
what perks would you use with it?

if they made the ak74 less accurate and the mp5k more accurate and fixed the snipers and knifing the game would be perfect. but the bringing the clip down to 20 is good. it should make it more balanced.

Yeah but that uses your attachment so it balances it out.
I think 20 would be fair.

I agree, although what needs to be fixed with the snipers? You want it like CoD4 sniping? I don't understand why they can't just make the knifing like WaW or CoD4, it never was annoying on those games. I don't know why we need a lunge like that.

60% an akf4u

35% a pistal from somebody who's died in last stand

5% another gun

the way I see it this game is dominated by this gun and that annoying last stand perk I see either one or the other in every game I play in.
I'm not saying take it out I'm just saying balence it out.

Snipers need to have 1 shot kill and not have some kind of weird patch, and the commando lunges need to be fixed.

Contrary to popular belief, the 74u is NOT overpowered. Nerfing it will just make one of the few useful weapons USELESS. They need to fix the lag/hit detection, get rid of Second Chance, improve Matchmaking, improve spawns, get rid of underbarrel attachments, .etc, before worrying about nerfing weapons.

As far as I'm concerned, there are no overpowered weapons, only shit players complaining about what they get killed by. However, the stuff I mentioned above actually pertains to REAL problems that the game has.

I don't have a AK74u class and don't use it unless of course I pick it up.

People need to get over things, really. People will use any excuse as to why the die in this game. Noobtubes are finally not overpowered and overly abusable but people STILL CRY. "Nerf the Knife, nerf the 74u, FAMAS, etc"

The reload time of the 74u is like 1 sec with SOH so even if you do that, people can reload.

If they nerfed the gun, more people will just use the FAMAS or AUG more and then people would say that is overpowered.

It's an overused gun, and that's about it. It's dangerous upclose and medium which is what an SMG should be.

Like I said I haven't even bought the gun in my last 2 prestiges but some of you should grow some balls, play the game, accept a challenge and stop trying to ask TreyArch to help you from dying so much.

If your K/D is below .70 then trust me, it's not the 74u. The only thing that needs to be nerfed is the Strela. I'm sick of these 3-15 crybabies shooting me down early. Although I've figured out how to stay in the Chopper a little longer.
