You can disable the loading video so it takes you straight to the multiplayer menu.
1. Load up black ops
2. Go to multiplayer and then go to options
3. At the bottom of options it has a option to disable or enable something that can take you straight to multiplayer.
4. Quit the game after you have enabled it and you will go straight to multiplayer

This is for player's who want to figure out WHY it shows and they can't skip it.
