I have downloaded a original USRDIR folder for BLES01031

And this will fix your start error

Now replace all 3 files in your USRDIR folder and blackops should start again...

doesnt deleting and re-installing game data utility do the samee thing?

no because i deleted the game data

upon loading the modded eboot the game wouldnt load (getting a failed start operation error) through multiman which is why i dug up these files to replace your modded files with the originals...

Now that error has gone so i thought id post it here because i seen alot of people had this problem

Ahah this is sick , but you can just delete the patch and re downloads as it installs everything again
