step 2:Local>splitscreen>create a class(the class you pick will be where the perk will appear online)
step 3:highlight the perk you want
step 4:go on XMB>message list>and accept an invite,any invite from black ops
step 5:you need to be fast,press X,up on dpad and X again.
step 6:If you do right you will get the perk on your class

NOT MY FOUND,IT'S JUST A TUTORIAL THAT I REMEMBERED AND POSTED HERE,BUT DON'T KNOW WHO POSTED THIS BEFORE,SO DON'T FLAME ME
RIGHT NOW SOMEONE HACKED MY EMAIL AND SAY HE IS FROM NGU IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME THX(on MSN appear that i'm connected on my pc and on ALIENSFTW-PC if somebody knows him please help)
