Haha I know right. It gets so annoying when it rolls behind you or it bounces off a teammate´s foot and kills you.

I used Semtex on MW2 but honestly you get more kills with Frags just off the lucky ass rolls you get.

true that, and my trick, used alot, but, trow your frag first then trow stuns, trow em after frap

Instead of running ghost all the time you could try flak jacket.

When I started to use Flak Jacket I thought to myself "WHY THE HELL HADN'T I USED THIS BEFORE" I thought it was only me that FRAG's are attracted too LOL I mean people throw them at me, they hit something next thing you know it rolls right to me and I'm like :O
