Alright guys, you may be wondering about the above statement. Well I was almost finished typing a big huge thread with multi-pages and crap but my iPad decided to crash and I lost all my work. Im gonna make this short and sweet now, please no off-topic stuff about my iPad, Black Ops related only?

- So everyone, I came upon this on random from going to a video in the related box while watching some mw2 video and found this. Treyarc are making 'tweaks' (Surprise? I hope) to snipers in Black Ops on both Xbox and Ps3. In MY OPINION, quickscoping should've been added just like CoD 4, 5, and 6 had. This forum thread from the official Black Ops forum tells readers that they will be making a patch (Known right now as the sniper patch) that will tweak sniping in Black Ops; accuracy, one hit kill in areas, etc. What I found interesting is that in Update 3 in the thread is this amount of text: "- weapon tuning is not "game mode" or "playlist" specific. It is not practical to make a "Sniper Playlist" or "Allow you to turn off the patch in Private Match." - This would be great for 1v1's or tournaments, where you can turn off quickscoping or turn it on. Again, I'm not completely sure snipers will be like in previous titles of the series but they cant make it any worse, can they?

No I dont play Black Ops (In other words, I cant) so I'm not really familiar with sniping currently but I remember before the ban that I despised Treyarc because of it.

if this is true then it is about freakin awsome lets hope that this thread is true is so then i will play B.O's much more.

simple thing to do: put f***ing slight of hands pro usefull with snipers, the only thing we need.

sniping is fine... people who hate BO sniping dont know how to snipe no offense. you can quickscope perfectly fine atm

That video was added in November, and they've already tweaked sniping. Don't ever expect quick scoping to be as good as mw2 in black ops.

Thanks, I always thinking that a while after I made this thread. I cant see the creation date for youtube videos easy on the iPad so it didnt really stand out.

hope so cuz of right know i rarely use a sniper

I hate how all these people bitch about quick scoping on BO sucks. It's fine the way it is. MW2 quick scoping was too easy and very annoying, making the game not fun at all.
