A way that i have found not really sure if anyone else has but if a guy is in second chance of course on the other team throw a stun or a novagas at him it should count as the nova kill even with the recent patch from 3arc this still works try it and tell me how it went down below.
Just so you dont ask Tak Mask pro helps you not get stunned, flashed no homo, or nova gassed and also it shows a little marker on your screen where the guy is

I like to combine Tac Mask and SoH. I put someone into second chance, reload, then throw nova gas at him. It counts as a fast hand kill for SoH, and a nova gas kill for Tac Mask.
