ever since the recent COD update my ps3 has been ****ing up so what i did is i deleted some stuff on it now it stops freezing in such situations as you have stated, just delete old games you dont have or dont play any more (and im sorry for my grammar it is appalling but i am on my phone)

Black Ops on PS3 has always been shit. Oh wait its shit everywhere.

This is why i switched to xbox. Ps3 is being such a fail right now in BO.
Whenever i play games on ps3 i get the asshole connection lost 3/5 times but on xbox 1/5.

Cotd has been fairly hard for me to connect to on MP (PS3) but on xbox it is just fine.. I know it's not me because i have my NAT open and My signal is 90+% every game.

And now ive tried to go online i cant it loads but then just kicks me off
i've deleted the patch redownloaded the maps same thing.
I dunno Wether to take it back to the shop and tell them

Im on ps3 and never have problems finding a game on Cotd, Black ops MP, and after the 3.66 ps3 update (which supposedly improved PSN) i havent lagged or dropped out of a game I even got into a good game of Five while there was only 3k players, IM Ethernet btw that might be your problem wireless is gay

I'm still on 3.61 firmware and i dont lag out as much.

Make sure your settings when u are in multiplayer it says DEFAULT instead of LOCALE or LOCALE ONLY

Ever since that update of the 3.66 my connection has gotten worse for some reason. The newest map pack release essentially destoryed my lag free playing abilities, now half the time I'm lagging because of that addition. 3.66 just made it worse for me.

My system is only 6 months old.

Yeah sorry im not too sure might be cause your on wireless (if you are) but ive had my ps3 for a year or more now and been playing it since mw2 release and barely have problems and my internet isnt amazing either like 6mb dl and like .32mb upload (im from aus btw)

I'm on a wireless connection. Well, I know 3Archs connection has recently been going good and bad good and bad as all my friends are having issues, but even when I'm not on their server I get problems that never existed with other games.
