1)go to the water vent near the mine cart.
2)jump down just over the ledge of the hole.
3)pull back when you jump and try to land on a tiny ledge in the back of the hole.

***NOTE***
-do not have anyone take the water rock there or it will knock you down.
-also you can get hit, but almost never.

it works. i tried it on solo and online. it just takes a couple of tries because there's a small bump that messes you up if you don't get the timing right.
