There are secret easter eggs in each of the Black Ops versions of the WaW maps. I have not discovered them all, but these are a few i have found:
Natch Der Untoten:
The loading screen for this map is peculiar. It obviously has a story to tell.
I think that it is Dr. Maxis.
Part 1 (1964):
It shows the person looking like a boss, or world leader in the first picture to the left and the time is 1964, the time where Kino Der Toten, Ascension, and Shangri-La take place
Part 2 (1956):
In the middle part, it takes place in 1956 and shows scientist working in silence on a computer, perhaps creating something? They all look exactly the same which makes me believe they are clones of the "Boss" and they were created to do his bidding. That reminds me of Richtofen's intentions or world domination.
The bottom of the middle part is a bunch of z's, which can either be sleeping, or electricity running. I would go with the latter, and that electricity can possibly be coming from a teleporter, or wunderwaffe perhaps?
Part 3 (1943):
In the top right corner, the "Boss" is staring at crates. These crates have the U.S.S.R.'s symbol on it. These crates, what do they contain? I believe it is element 115, so the boss can use it to create new ununpentium-powered weapons. These weapons are the Thundergun and the Winter Howl.
In the bottom right corner, we see the boss entering the teleporter, and this teleporter represents the one in der riese. However, it also has numbers floating around it...numbers resembling the teleporters in "FIVE" which takes place in 1964.
Summary:
This leads me to believe that Dr. Maxis escaped the HellHounds wrath in Der Riese by using the teleporter, however Samantha did not make it. He went to the U.S. and worked in the Pentagon creating new weapons like the Winter Howl, Ray Gun, and the Thundergun. This video shows that the scientist in the Pentagon were working on ununpentium-powered weapons:
Perhaps Maxis did not want to share his knowledge with other scientist, so he requested clones of himself, clones containing knowledge of wonder weapons and how to create them.
Theories are welcome

So far i have only found one thing related to this map. There are secret radios only in the Black Ops version of this map (I have checked) the same as Shi No Numa.
I have only found one radio, i believe finding all four will give us a secret message like in Shi No Numa
That is all i have for this map.
Shi No Numa
There are four radios only found in the Black Ops version of the map. These radios when all hit tell you why the WunderWaffe is not in Kino Der Toten, "FIVE", or Ascension:
I do not take credit for making the video. Go to 2:32 to here the message
Basically, the wonderwaffe and the teleporter in Der Riese, both sharing the same power source overloaded the teleporter and the wunderwaffe and the energy must have trapped the wunderwaffe in the teleporters energy system somehow. The teleporter sent them to another teleporter in the future.
In Call of the Dead, when you free the heroes, you here the teleporter sound from Der Riese/Kino and the wunderwaffe appears again, When they used that teleporter, they must have freed the wunderwaffe from the teleporter system, but only partially, as you cannot keep the wunderwaffe, or upgrade it.
Der Riese
This one is really wierd. I have had this hapen to me everytime i am Dempsey and playing with four people. While i am around the Pack-A-Punch area (The place where you spawn) when dempsey says something, i here another voice. No it is not any other characters, nor is it my friends talking to me trough their mic. It usually happens when i am by myself and there are few zombies. It is like a voice and hehas a slightly deeper voice then Dempsey's. This guy's voice make direct references to Dempsey, i do not have it recorded and on remember part of one quote. This probably won't be to accurate:
"Yeah Dempsey, it's about time..." (I forgot the rest)
Like i said before, it is not Richtofen, Nikolai, or Takeo, or my friends. Their voices sound completely different then the one i heard. If someone can get this recorded, it would be appreciated.
This is all i have so far. If you want to contribute, please post your ideas, thanks.

maxis didnt invent the winters howl, the pentagon thief did (unless that is maxis, hmmm ) altough i wouldnt think that he would be working for the americans in the pentagon as he was a german and pretty much wanted to kill them
if you look in the room with the bowie knife in five u can see another winters howl on the counter and u can also see it has been used because it froze the wall
I think that the voice you can hear in Der Riese, may be Dempsey himself, either from the past or future. When you say he mentions the word 'time', he may be relating to the fact that it's been a long time since he's seen his past self, maybe?
