This application allows you to open, view and edit Black Ops Game Saves, this can be used for USB modding without any JB/CFW PS3.
Do not remove any files in the application's folder because then its not going to work correctly.

How To Use Tool:
Copy Black Ops Game Save from PS3 to PC
Start Up Application and Open The Game Save Folder
Edit Game Saves however you like
Save Asset When Your Done Editing Raw File each time you edit
Save All to save every changes to have made to the save files
Copy back to PS3 and you should be good to go.

FAQ:[/U]
- If you are having problems opening your gamesave, make sure you have all three GPAD0_ files and that you have framework 4.5...
- If you cant save your gamesave, then make sure you have all the files that came with the tool in the .RAR file.
- If you are having problems with the MSCVR100.dll error, then go to this site You must login or register to view this content. and download the .exe.

i know this thread is a year old but someone please help. the codes i downloaded are not working properly when i start the game it says PARTY_HOST IS READ ONLY. wont let me past that page to play the game. i need a link or someone to email me the god mode codes please. will pay.

Does PHP codes the random codes listed on Ultimate Black Ops hack guide work for online Multiplayer or just Offline? I used the editor once and when I started Multiplayer it said that they were cheat protected on ver 1.13. Any reason why those PHP codes wont work in the CFG? e.g Sustain ammo or god ,clipsize multiplier, sprint, perk armorvest, perk weapreload multiplier, meleerange, give ammo, etc. all say cheat protected.
