i havent seen this DLC for BLUS31270 on here so here it is.
i did not upload this but credits to whoever did.

THE FIX IS IN THE PKG
so u dont need one

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put On a usb
Install pkg
Thats it. Enjoy

Hey does this work straight after installing? I ised 2 over duplex blus links and they dont how up & it wiped of the freefall map

download it, put on a usb then got to install packages on your cfw ps3 then install.
