Its all in the zones. To find the text on the side just open up the zone in HxD and press ctrl-F and type ^5i^7M^5C^7S^5v^76 and press find and it should bring you to it. For the invites just go here:

Well, as RAGE912 stated: It's in your .zone or your .dat file. I won't go into depth here, but to start off you'll need these dvars:
set ui_textscroll 1
set ui_textScrollPauseStart 5
set ui_textScrollPauseEnd 5
set ui_textScrollFadeTime 3

Now, open your .zone or .dat file and search for:
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

You'll find it will repeat itself a few times like so: You must login or register to view this content.

Now, you can edit all of those: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. sentences to whatever you want. Like so:

You must login or register to view this content.

If you're looking to edit text there already, just open the .zone or .dat file and search for the current text there...
