You can use any perks but you need stun grenades as your special. What you do is stun then both times and when they walk really slow you can run to them and get a easy headshot. I don't know if people know it but I just thought I'd post it for people who are having trouble getting Fall camo.

imho boosting is way easier to get the headshots :p
for the double stun method you need some skill to get it right everytime.
I always seem to get alot of headshots in search, maybe that's also worth a try.

I find that I get Headshots a lot when I aim for the head
