-Alright, so starting from the very beginning.
-You will need to have an internet connection on your cfw ps3.
-You guys are going to want to download one of these 1.13 updates depending on your region.

-Once downloaded, put it on a usb flashdrive and install it into your PS3.
-Once it is installed you are going to want to install this link for a FTP server pkg.: You must login or register to view this content. and once you've downloaded it, put it on your usb and install it on to your PS3.
-When it's installed click on it so it opens and an IP address in red colors pops up.
-Now go to your computer.
-Now download this program which helps you connect your PS3 to your computer: You must login or register to view this content.
-Once you've installed that into your computer you are going to click twice on it so it opens.
-On FileZilla, click 'File' then 'Site Manager' then 'New Site'.
-Look at the IP address on your PS3 because this will be the 'host' for FileZilla.
-On FileZilla, the port you need to type in is 21.
-The username is FTPD12345.
-You will not need a password.
-Now once you have done that and your IP addresses match then click connect.
-Now go to hdd0.
-Then go to BLUS 30377 or BLES00683.
-Once in there delete the default_mp.self.
-Then replace the patch_mp with one of the 1.11 patches I'll provide at the bottom of this post.
-After you've done that, you're done just close out, do a data transfer, and you'll be hosting MW2 1.11 challenge lobbies on a 1.13 update without a patch blocker.

I do not have a particular liking of these patches. In my opinion they are all great. And for those that don't know, they are region free.

Or there is an alternative option. You can install a 1.11 update with a modded 1.11 patch and edit the PARAM.sfo file to 1.13 with a PARAM.sfo editor.

Is there any possible way to play online with other players that are not bypassing e.g any mw2 lobby or not? If there is i am willing to offer anyone that tells me a working method a reward

Yeah, this method. They don't have to bypass. As soon as you do this, you don't need patch blocker or anything else and it's way more convenient.

Im doing this now, im not a noob, and my friends cannot connect, im on 1.13 with the deleted .self file, and my friends on 1.13 cant connect or join, this isnt working, for me at least

Why can i data transfer? it keeps saying "an ethernet cable is not connect to ps3, or the other ps3 system is not turned on" anyone help me?

Make sure both ps3's are set to a wired connection, turn them both off, connect the cable then turn them on, check the ethernet ports are not broken, make sure all the pins are aligned,

and to the op, this only works with people on bypass servers, i was under the impression i could play with anyone

I've done everything you have said but i still get the same error mate? I'm data transferring from 3.55.2 debug spoofed at 3.60 to 4.11 OFW.
