*WORKING* MP Data Editor [ Video/Tutorial & Download]

Hey guys if you are actually wondering how to use Caboose + Chocolate's Program then look no further and use this tutorial.
There is a video tut at the bottom of thread!

1.

If you haven't got a mpdata this is what you do.

Start MW2
Go into Multiplayer
Splitscreen
Start game
Shoot a couple of bullets then kill yourself and end game

2.

Using your transfer kit open up your favourite program (Xport or Xplorer 360)

Choose your HDD/MU Transfer Cable
Look for your Profile ID (E0000.....)
Inside there you should see a folder called 41560817 that's your MW2 folder
Click it and you'll see a file called mpdata_e0000... (Your profile ID)
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

3.

Once you have that file download SOTG's Caboose's Program [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

You need to open this file up in WinRar to extract the files [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Follow this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and you should be ok
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

4.

Getting Caboose's Program to run

You need .Net Framework 3.5 which can be downloaded [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
When you have installed that's it recommended that you create a new folder for Caboose's Program [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]Launch Modern Warfare 2 MPData Editor and you should be good to go

5.

Getting to know the program

When you 1st launch the program you'll need to open your mpdata so click File > Open > Choose your MPDATA which should be in that new folder
From there you can modify all the settings for your weapons and your perks (Be warned the Special Grenade slot dosen't work at this time) [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
If you click other you can modify your prestige level, Kills, Deaths and other stuff. Picture
Also where it says Unlock only the All Killstreaks work atm
Click File > Save and you should see [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

6.

When you have saved it's time to open up your program (Xport or Xplorer) and transfer the mpdata back into the kit (HDD or MU)

7.

When you've done that you should be all clear to go

Start MW2
Go into Multiplayer
Splitscreen
Enjoy your new level, classes and other stuff!

Okay i need some help here guys, to start with i didn't realise that the perks you put into the equipment slot are only the basic perk and not the pro version. This made me think that the hex value for the 'pro' versions of the perks may be different. Whilst i was looking for some way of finding them i just wrote down a load of hex codes which were not in use and after trying all of them i came across one which was called 'fast sprint recovery'. I don't know if this is new or if anybody could find the rest but i think the hex for it was 4a.
