Here are the killstreak rewards you will need
1. Precision Airstrike
2. Harrier Airstrike
3. Stealth bomber
Here is the tutorial.
-Get a 7 or 8 Killstreak WITHOUT using your Precision airstrike. Use your Harrier Airstrike over a group of confirmed enemies for 1-2 kills or this won't work.
-Call in the Precision Airstrike.
-Immediately after getting the 9 kill streak, call in the stealth bomber. As long as you call in the Precision Airstrike and the Stealth Bomber before the second harrier leaves, the glitch will work.
--Instead of a precision airstrike, an Additional Stealth bomber will come in. So, 2 stealth bombers come in wherever you called them, one about 2 seconds after the other.
---You can place the stealth bomber wherever you like. Since it sweeps all the way across the map, if you put one stealth bomber on each side of the map, you clear out almost everyone.

I love this glitch, tried it and can confirm it for everyone who is in dis-belief, here is a more detailed explanation:
1. Set Your Killstreaks as so:
*Precision Airstrike (6 Kills)
*Harrier Airstrike (7 Kills)
*Stealth Bomber (9 Kills)
2. Obtain the Precision Airstrike but do not use it yet.
3. Obtain the Harrier Airstrike, do not use it, get one more kill but DO NOT GET THE STEALTH BOMBER.
4. Call in the harrier airstrike, ensure you will get the stealth bomber on the first harrier.
5. As soon as you call in the harriers open up the precision airstrike window, but do not call it in until the first harrier gets the kills to give you the stealth bomber, you could call this time the short targeting period before step 6 expires.
6. Before the second harrier drops its bombs, call in your precision airstrike.
7. call in the stealth bomber.
enjoy the wtfs.

do i do step 7 immediately after 6? or does the timing not matter??
and what exactly are we supposed to see? instead of a precision, it becomes a stealth? so there will be 2 stealths visible in the sky? what about the mini-map...does that show 2 stealths?
i just tried this in a private match and couldn't get it to work... i made 2 harriers float around instead lol...i have no idea what i'm doing wrong
