Post: PS3 hacking issues go HERE.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay, so as of late, there have been an increasing number of hacking questions that revolve around hacking the PlayStation 3. Most of the MW2 sections have been getting messy with threads which are generally follow on the lines of "How do I hack" ect. So, in an effort to compile the questions and generally clean up the section, I made this thread where ALL questions relating to decryping the HDD ect will be placed, as well as theories for hacking the PS3 . Then, other hackers can answer your question if they can, or offer some advice. Do NOT:

-Request lobbies.
-Ask for a full tutorial - there isn't one as of yet.
-Ask a question which was answered in recent posts.
-Post here if you aren't hacking the PS3.

All posts which break these rules will be deleted, thank you Smile

you can't do this for modern warfare 2. its not like cod4, the commands are different and to mod it you must decrypt your hardrive and enter codes etc. No one knows how to do it properly apart from hunter and others he's told. Read others' posts on the exploits + hacks section and you can get some info from them. im not much of a hacker myself, but i've looked at what other people said.

oh...well the ps3 hacking system is the easiest to do because you have a app you download to the psp which is a hacking system exmp backon ice...you just plug your psp into the computer and search the internet for codes and you copy them to te app on your psp and when you playing (Socom us navy seals 2) you hit the home button and the volume arrow and the app pops up and you highlight the codes you want to use that easy i just wish the ps3 was this simple

With mine. After I had prepared the hdd via the laptop i had to put it into the ps3 to format it and by doing that I had to get a firmware update from the internet and re-install it and then format it. But that is about how far i have got due to problems in the Find and Merge section
