(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well i started decrypting my hdd about 3 days ago and been trying to get round this problem. With hdd studio at decrypt step one

I get this message:
Data too big:
Sorry, your dummy file isn't big enough for this data you have to create a new one.

Im using dummy size 2147483648 what the tutorial told me to use but the original default was 200 gig and i only have a 80 gig hdd

So if anyone could help id be much obliged

The maximum copy size that the PS3 is capable of doing is 2gb. Well 2gb from a removable device. If you dummy file size is more than 2gb you are going to need to set up ps3 media server in order to copy the file. I had to do this. Serach google 'How to set up media server for ps3 with (your windows)'. It should appear. Dont tamper with the default size of the dummy file as it will make the hack even harder when trying to locate extract the dummy sector.
