How you can tell when your Host[/u]
Right after the map loads, before the countdown hit the "start button" to bring up the list of everybody in the room, if you have 4 GREEN bars light up before everyone else, you are the Host.
Download Speed: 2221 kbps (277.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 5908 kbps (738.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Test your connection You must login or register to view this content.
Sometimes it takes a few games to gain host, especially in Ground War, but you can tell when the old host leaves the room when everybody score resets to 0 before the next round.
this will prob work in Black Ops as well

I'm sorry but the quoted figures are incorrect, I barely get 4000kbps download and about 500kbps upload with my shitty ISP but i have gotten the host on ocassion, i prefer the method that has already been posted a hundred times before and is already posted here " the one that uses % in the clan tag"
