All Credits go to the unknown.

I have converted it and tried and it's fully working .

If it doesn't work I can upload mine to Mediafire for you, and I guarantee my region change works. As for I tested it.

The easiest way is to look for the thread for the offsets, then get another patch that is BLUS30377 and look at those offsets and then change them out with the ones in the US version.

But like I said if yours doesn't work I'll kindly upload mine to mediafire Smile
