(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, for this I will be using Mossy v9, but any with the "Force Host" option will do (as far as I know).

Many of you will know that the Force Host option kinda works, but not to it's full potential. This guide will show you how to reach that.

First, 90% of the credit goes to You must login or register to view this content.. He was the first one to post something like this, albeit not as a thread starter though. If you want someone to thank, thank him.

1. Start a Private Match while using one of the patches with the "Force Host" option.

2. Open up the mod menu and find "Force Host". Others say that only "Force Host 2" works, but I have found as much success with the original. Select Force Host and end the game.

3. Back out into a Party and then search for a game of your choice. (Quick Tip: You have more chance of getting host with 2+ players in your party).

4. If you are not host, back and and try again, if you are, wait until a few people to join and then click "Vote to Skip". - His mistake was saying Instantly click Vote to Skip once you get into the lobby - from experience this seems to semi-lock the lobby if others haven't started connecting yet.

5. When the game is about to start, if you can re-select Vote to Skip then you are not host, if you can't select and your vote is counted then you are host.

6. If you are not host, just back out and re-search - the Force Host option should still be active.

7. Enjoy confusing and frustrating others online. Smile

This might be because of 3 problems:

1. You are clicking Vote to Skip too early, make sure you do so when a few people have joined.

2. You have a strict/moderate nat type. View You must login or register to view this content.guide for help on making it open.

3. Your connection isn't the best, or you live in an obscure area. Only thing I can recommend is an upgrade :/

If after a few moments (Say 30 seconds) if no one joins and you don't even see a "Matched Player"

Then just back out and try again.

Sometimes it take 2 or 3 tires.

P.S Thanks for the Credit. I would have created a topic if I knew no one else ever had.

I seem to think this makes it worse (dono why maybe the people I play with just have s#ity connections)

I've found that if you don't vote right away, the lobby may have merged already and you wouldn't even notice.
