Post: colored map names, etc. TUTORIAL
04-22-2011, 05:18 AM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); well recently ITheFallenI showed me a mod, where his map names were colored, and game settings etc. so I was like WTF????? but then he told me mp stuff was kept in default_mp.self /facepalm (I somehow forgot that). All credits go to ITheFallenI so far as I know of. but anyway this is how you do it.

1. Get the DEBUG default_mp.self out of the debug update 1.12
2. use this emersons self--->elf transformer (download here)
3. Choose the decrypted default_mp.self then uncrypt it
4. Open you .elf in notepad++ or something
5. Edit the codes (i havent done this yet so you'll have to find)
6. save, and open the self--->elf transformer again
7. Transfer the .elf back into default_mp.self
8. Put back in 1.12 update by blackbox or filemanger

FINDING THE MAP NAMES

1. open in NOTEPAD++
2. Find the color # in .elf and then use them before a map name.
3. Put before lets say afghan
4. Save and exit

TODA!!! you now have colored map names, etc.

END RESULT
