k say u have a sniper and your shooting everybody

but when you shoot some 1 in the head with the sniper
the screen follows the bullet until it reaches your victim

so i thought that would be really cool

well its a ok idea. Theres certain things u have to take into consideration though. Say this is online, while the ur watching the bullet, you are vunerable to any attack and cannot defend urself until the bullet cam has finished. You cant have the whole game stop so you can watch YOUR bullet and then continue cause thats just unfair.

This has been doneon other games already.
Good as a killcam, but not during gameplay like kaduna said it will leave you unable to defend urself while ur watching ur bullet fly whilst someone's creeping up behind you. Plus it'll get pretty boring after a while.

why just sniper snipers not the only gun that gets headshots

Like in the movie "Wanted". I think it'll be cool, but it will take too much time.
