U can edit the sfo file in sfo editer and change 1.11 to 1.13 and it will let u use 1.11 patches on 1.13 but i dont know if this is another bypass like deleteing the default_self file.

well there are quite a few new menus out there he may have made a 1.13 patch to look really alike to a 1.11 patch bcos it is vertualy impossible to host 1.11 on 1.13 now

ill give you a hint, he did not manage to get the 1.11 on the 1.13, he managed to do a similer thing
