The content collection is set to be released on May 22nd from Xbox Live, and includes:
2 Multiplayer maps:

Oasis
Sanctuary
Foundation

Two Spec-Ops Missions:

Killswitch
Iron Clad

Two Face Off Maps:

Getaway
Lookout

All listed above is out now for Xbox 360 Premium Elite Members.

Just to note: Two free Face Off maps are already available for download from the Xbox Live Marketplace. These two maps are Erosion and Aground.
