I was a premium member and today I go to invite a new member to my clan and i'm a founder? I even have winter camo now I just put it on my guns.
-I also now have the founder title?

Pretty random and cool, that's the first I've heard of it happening. I'm already a Founder so I wouldn't benefit from that happening.

If I invite someone who was just premium to my clan would I get the 500 xp?

Many premium members have become founders. I got a level 27 clan with 90 members, and I got some of them to leave clan so I could inv them again. And they all gave my clan 500 xp boost each.

Could be a possibility?
All of my friends that are in my clan are all founders so once again, I would not be able to test your theory haha.
