to do the glitch all u need is a hamr scope or a grenade launcher or masterkey then take the gun out with one of the attachments then press triangle or Y and left on the d-pad then your gun should glitch then throw or hold a throwing knife and if u hold it just cancel it after and there u go

Exactly what I said but I used a trophy system instead.
