There was a similar glitch in black ops and hes probably saying that in mw3 the glitch has to do something with a pred missile.

Same thing happened to me on dome.
Just finished using my predator, then some queer uses akimbo fmgs on me. While im watching the killcam, i die again.
The first kill was a headshot, then the second was just a regular kill.
