(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i have just gotten mw3 & am about to play it, when i do i want to know what to do with the tokens, i want 4 extra custom classes and 1 unlock gear by prestige 1 lvl1. (i have 4 tokens from previous cods) my concern is however when do i chose unlock gear. i am not yet familiar about what i can unlock at a certain level.

if i can only unlock gear once ive reached the appropriate level (say i want ACR, do i have to wait until im the level you unlock it to use it as a unlock gear item) i'll start off by only buying 3 custom classes and wait. what i want to no is can i unlock gear at any level. if so i'll get 3 classes and unlock gear straight away and the 4th custom class next prestige.

this leads me onto another question, on mw3 when does it grant u the prestige token, lvl 80 full xp or the next prestige lvl1? thanks

Once you prestige you receive a prestige token.

Ok, so as you have 4 tokens at the moment, you can use them 4 you already have on your custom classes. Then when you prestige, you get a prestige token, when you prestige you unlock the "Unlock gear" option as its only available after prestiging at least once. From there you choose what weapon you want, it doesn't have to be a gun though, you can unlock perks and equipment too.

When you use UNLOCK gear it's UNLOCKED instantaly FORVER! If you prestige again, it's still unlocked.

Here is how I broke the tokens down...

DO NOT BUY THE DOUBLE XP (this also includes weapon) with your tokens. That's the biggest waste in the game. That and reset stats at P10.

You get 10 tokens, and 4 more if you did previous codes.

With the original 10, take 5 for 5 extra custom classes.
That leaves 5.
Take away 3 more for the regular, hardened, and veteran title and emblem packs.
That leaves 2.
Unlock 2 pieces of gear (weapon, perk, etc.)

With the additional 4, you can unlock additional gear (this is what I recommend doing).

I suggest unlocking the MP7. It's the best Sub Machine gun IMO. NO recoil, so attachments RDS + Supp = Deadly. Also unlock the ACR. I'd also suggest unlocking some of your favorite perks. Mine would be Assassin and Dead Silence but I play alot of SND.


That's my thoughts on the tokens. Use as you wish.

This is my exact plan. So far I have 2 custom classes, the MP7, MSR, AK, and Assassin.

Personally Im never going to buy 2hours of Double XP its just a wast and weapon Xp

I prestiged in every Cod so I get 14 prestige tokens in total when I reach 10th in Mw3
