This was happening to me before. Try re-doing the glitch and that should allow you to buy more double XP. It worked for me anyway

its called hotfixing they go in to the game while ppl are still online and patch things i think there hotfiixing per region like ownage said hope this helped u with your question

you dont update the firmware, its just a game file update, its not that hard to do tbh.
