They would gain one to put them at -9. After you prestiged for that time, the time you got put at -9, would you still be able to buy stuff from the prestige shop? Basically what I am saying is, if you already have negative tokens, can you buy stuff after you prestige again?

The method of doing it is patched, not the actual negative tokens that you already have.

Im sure you can buy more if you still have negative tokens, but the method of doing is patched unless someone finds a miracle to do it again.

Yes the double xp works. You get 50xp for UAV
