I don't know for sure but I think there's throwing knifes everytime now... So any open view glitches are unfortunately pointless.

Incorrect, There was a playlist update about an hour ago and it's all throwing knife as of my last 10 games and none of them say Tknife anymore.

Your right, they updated it, only throwing knifes now.

Its not really a glitch, Its more like a hidden spot then anything else.
