Many have said this title doesn't even exist on PS3 cause they've never seen it. Well here is proof that someone does have the title and it means we could see more people with it soon.

We know a IW worker will have it.

He's rank 16 after 4 months so chances are no ones got it on PS3 who plays regularly. Either someone has got it but he's being a stingy f**k or some rank 2 no prestige noob has it.

Do they have to have the title selected and you stab them for you to get it? Or do they simply have to have the title?
