I agree with you, he is blame man though. It's how we humans work. :/
Still stupid there is a cap, people are going to boost. Why don't they just develop software that monitors players and how they play and if they notice repetition in kills and deaths with others as well, then flag and reset...

ive stopped playing demo since the xp cap as 1 in 4 games i go over and i lose it all. makes playing a intense game pointless slowly driving me from the game itself 
snd though, thats gotta be a bastard getting that much and it not counting ! i can only say ive been over once it didnt count but i didnt notice until someone said about my rank going down lol
