It's a glitch where you get them if your clan is a level when one is unlocked. You have to leave then rejoin to get it but you'll only get one. If your clan is on a level like 46 where no emblems are unlocked for that level, you won't get any unless you get to 47, or they complete the release. They said they're gonna fully release them soon. Right now it's just a glitch.
