I have spoken to @ATVIassist On twitter and they asked for clan names and Platforms, to look deeper in the problems.

YES!!! I hope this is accurate and they didn't just do that glitch, I want new emblems so bad.....

Its accurate mate as one just restarted his game and he had the emblems then. I was in a party so know they were not lying

How do you get them?

When your Clan Levels up you get Emblems unlocked in the game.

If you mean how to get them now, all I know is be on the latest patch and wait for your clans roll out of emblems

The user posted each emblem that is unlocked at whatever clan level is necessary, or you can check Call of Duty: Elite, and look under the clan unlocks section. It should be there.

That's awesome but since there new and the only thing you half to do to unlock them is level up your clan, im pretty sure alot of people will be using them.
