Because the xbox is alot easier to exploit, its just getting the mods online without being banned, thats why PS3 gets more attention for modding.

Correction: PS3 gets more attention on this site. And by no means is Xbox easier to exploit. The guys in that video spent a lot of time / effort to achieve what they have their, and they are always the first. They have the knowledge which other people dont which is why you dont see many other people with MW3 / Bo's mods on Xbox. Only a couple are smart enough to get them working.
