If you already got a prestige token from being 10th or any prestige in MW2 you will not get another one
if you want to get one from another CoD that u havent played you have to prestige and play 1 full game and wait 24 hours for the servers to register your prestige token

if u have it before no but if u was high stats in mw2 and you don't get it before u can

Yes because if you have to big stats and you dont appear in mw2 leaderboard you wont have token.
What I Did, i told some one to drank me than put me 10 and now i have it

You cannot de-rank and re-rank to keep on getting prestige tokens. As soon as you get one its written in the MW3 database or server of some sort. But adding on too BeeBo if you got a lobby and your stats are unlegit and you don't show in the leaderboards of MW2, you will probably not get a prestige token for MW3. Im 10th with somewhat legit stats and I got my prestige token
