So there is a tutorial in the Tut Section explaining how to download PKGs on your OFW PS3.

Well, basically, my theory is, you download the maps on your OFW PS3, get the PKG, sign it to 3.55 and install it on there!

I can't test it out myself unfortunately, the PS3 Proxy Server isn't installing on my PC. But try it out, and maybe we can get the FO maps on our 3.55s!
