When i switch from DEX to CEX Will that allow me to file transfer to a non jail broken ps3?

Hurah!
I would never data transfer from a dex cfw to a ofw ps3.
Go back to 3.55 ofw it's the 100% safest way to data transfer.
Go back to cex then downgrade to 3.55 cfw then 3.55 ofw.
I'm guessing you are using rebug so I would go to there web site and check out there tutorial
on how to downgrade.

Its not safe to do that just go back to 3.55
