There is no modding tools for any non-jailbreak or rgh consoles, the only thing you can use if from the link provided above.

xploder is a tool you can use to mod game's with out a jailbreak or jtag, but most games you can only mod offline some online (like w@w. brute force is another program its free but again this type of "modding" is boring af. i suggest you get a jailbreak or a downgrade service.
