JD_2020 Community Manager of Treyarch say's he knows about glitching

Hi everyone,

While I can't reply to every one of your individual posts reporting a glitch, believe me when I tell you that we know about them =P. Thanks to the wonderful world of Google, and this great community, it isn't hard for us to hunt them down.

We really appreciate the continued feedback and support, but I'm also going to ask you not get upset or angry that your post, or many posts, don't get acknowledged with a "thanks for reporting this glitch" response. Also, please search before posting as many glitches get reported a dozen or more times each day, causing a lot of clutter on the boards.

As for fixes, you tend not to hear about them but they are happening. I'm sure some can attest to the ones that have already been taken care of - I hope that demonstrates our commitment to patching these things up. Game updates take time to prepare and push out to the millions of players, however, so please be patient.
