Not really to sure about this error. But i could give you a bit of information about the error, well anyway the way players are set up, there are several different entities which are used to determine which part of the body a bullet has hit, and the damage which will be caused to you. For example if someone got a headshot on you, the entity would be 'j_head' and that would cause probably around 100% damage on yourself. In your case it seems to have something to do with 'j_helmet' which as mentioned is an entity so it might have just glitched out or something :L Sorry I couldn't help a bit more!
