(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I just thought I'd share my ideas on what to add on to the WAW playlist, because I'm bored I'll share my thoughts with you:

NAME:
VIP

Objective:
Kill or Protect the VIP within time limit.

Game Play:
Map starts out with a message on both side. (Assassin's and Guard's) and you will hear your teams voice say (Assassin's - "Kill the enemy target" and Gaurd's - "Defend your VIP from the enemy" and you will see your teams name on the screen). After the voice commands are given the VIP (Randomly chosen on the Guards team *Each round VIP changes*), will reveice an on screen message saying "You are the VIP"... He/She will then be stripped of all primary weapons and only have Side Arm, will also receive extra health. Nades will be stripped of all their weapons and set with a VIP CLASS (Listed below). At the same time a Beacon will apear on the Assassins' team screen pointing to the VIP. The VIP's character model will also be switched to a Generals Uniform of the army he is representing (Depend on map). The Beacon will only appear for 2 seconds, every 15-20 seconds. This gives the assassins a general direction to head in without allowing them to noob-tube an area on the map because they know exactly where he is. In addition to this the VIP would see the assassins locations for 2 seconds every 25-30 seconds. He will also be able to show he team where the assasins are by having the ability to call in a recon plane once every round (no exp for this, as it is given to him at the start of the round.).
The rest is some what easy to figure out. The guard's must work together to protect the VIP, they may move around or take salvage in a house or bunker, while the Assassin's must work together to hunt down the VIP.

VIP Weapons and Perks

- No Primary Weapon
- .357 Magnum
- Smoke
- Frag
- Bandolier
- Bouncing Betties x2
- Special Grenades x 3 (Overrides No Smoke Rule)
- Bomb Squad
- Sleight of Hand
- Stopping Power
- Camouflage
- Flak Jacket
- Juggernaut
- Gas Mask
- Extreme Conditioning
- Toss Back
- Steady Aim
- Dead Silence
- Second Chance
- Lead Foot

-- VIP will no receive a primary weapon, since most Generals never carried one. However in times of ambush or battle and General was skilled enough to pick up and friendly or enemy weapon and use it.
- .357 seeing how its the most powerful pistol.
- Smoke Grenade will help hide the VIP from snipers and cover his movement from cover to cover.
- Frag Grenade nade for defence.
- Bandolier because we dont want him running out of ammo too fast and none of the other perks seem to fit.
- Bouncing Betties x2, guy needs to help protect himself!
- Special Grenades x3 (Overrides the no Smoke rule)
- Bomb Squad so if he and his guards are on the move he will not be killed by a betty.
- Sleight of Hand seems more realistic as the general/VIP is likely to be skilled with his weapon/most weapons.
- Stopping Power for increased damage.
- Camouflage, VIP will remain invisable on enemy recon.
- Flak Jacket helps guard against random grenades.
- Juggernaut for increased health, making VIP harder to kill.
- Gas Mask will help the VIP against Tabun gas.
- Extreme Conditioning, The VIP will be able to run at quick speeds for longer distances, to escape battle, if needed.
- Toss Back will reset the fuse on nades to help VIP protect himself against random nade throws.
- Steady Aim will increase hip accuracy, since the VIP/General is a master at all weapons.
- Dead Silence is put on so the VIP can sneak around and get a drop on his attackers if needed.
- Second Chance would make close games that bit more tense. (I think he shouldn't be able to take the cowards way out because it goes against what the objective of the game mode is. I've seen plenty of people accidently kill themselves because they where holding X to revive someone and got put into last stand also, and having that happen when the score is 3-3 would suck) The VIP shouldn't bleed out either, making the assassins finish the job properly. Also anyone with or without Second Chance should be able to revive the VIP and keep the game going.
- Lead Foot, not sure why I picked this but I needed 1 vehicle perk. This gametype wont be played on Tank maps though. (See Below)

Note: All this class settings will be placed on the VIP's starting screen just like other classes will, yet he will only be able to choose this class. All Customer classess will be grey'ed out for the VIP of that round.

Note 2: The VIP is receiving all this because he is the VIP! He is going to be hard to kill.

Rounds:
Would operate same as 'Search and Destroy' - 3 rounds on Guards / 3 rounds on Assassins.

Winner:
First to 4 winning rounds wins.

Respawn:
None - Just as 'Search and Destory' when you die you are dead.

*Remember this is more of a slow pace game*
The Guard's will most likly want to set up in houses and use betti's, maybe even set up sniper protection. Assassin's who are rushers may not accomplish anything. However Guard's must remember that a house may be a bad idea, as one good nade through can eliminate the VIP and end the round.

Maps:
This will not be played on maps that have tanks or small maps.
Only Medium and Large maps.
Maps with tanks will have the tanks removed, this will prevent noob-tubing and grenade chucking, also a tank is just to easy to kill the target.
Players:
10-16 (Should not need more or game may be too slow of a pace)

Time:
Main Rounds - 3 1/2 Minutes
Over Time - 90 Seconds

EXP:
Can't think of a way to add more exp. Useally if the game is slower in pace they are more exp. If you can help post suggestions.
Killing the VIP - +100 (Kill) +50 (Assist) +30(Bonus - Whole Team) - If Knife Kill +50 (Bonus for Killer)
Killing a Guard - +50 (Kill) +20 (Assist)
Killing an Assassin - +50 (Kill) +20 (Assist)
Killing an Assassin (If you are VIP) - +80 (Kill) +35 (Assist)
Kill all Assassin's (Ends the Round) - +30 (All Guards) +10 (Bonus for VIP for staying alive)
Time has expired and the VIP is still alive! - +30 Bonus (Each Dead Guard for putting life on the line for the sack of the VIP) +75 Bonus (Each Guard Still Standing) +150(Bonus for VIP for staying alive).

Suggestions:
When a suggestion has been made by anyone I will right it here. If a suggestion is agreed with 2 or more other posters I will move it up and add it to game type.

- Custom classes (GUARDS) | VIOLENT-MAK
- Sudden death (DOUBLE EXP) | element
-
-

Feel free to add to this list or share your thoughts and rep.

This is a really good idea, i think that all guards should have the same classes, like the ones you start off with at the beginning of the game, just better, e.g. instead of the Thompson, you get an MP40, instead of the springfield you get the PTRS, instead of the pump action shotgun you get a double barreled, the best guns from each gun type

I think that all the assassins should have black clothing, so they can stay in the shadows and wait

I also think the VIP should have a spot where he has to get to at least, because on the map roundhouse ( right at the beginning of the defending spawn on SnD ) ther is a lot of rubble by the trains, and the VIP could be prone, facing a wall in the corner, swapping his weapons, so he looks dead...

it would be a better experience for users to customise and have their own experience, but there could be some *custom* classes for the guards Smile
