so when we put this in are folder then can we use any modmenu and it will work without host?

No dude, this mod menu still needs you to be the host for it to work but inside the mod menu the guy added some non-host BINDS that can be used without being the host.

BINDS if you don't know what they are its basically when you put a game command to a button on the controller like for example pressing X will give you god mode, all weapons etc..
