No this isn't true. They didn't even come to plan Kino until W@W map packs were made. They made it with black ops.
So no this isn't true. Where did you hear this from anyway? They don't know what there talking about then.

I think he's just assumed something posted it on here to see if what he thought was true. That would've been great if it was on W@W would be so much better in my opinion.
