How do I do Bot Lobbies?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ME and my buddies were playing normal CTF in a 3 man party when we had a 5th prestige player getting 150 kills. The enemy team was playing like bots and they were all the same level. Anyone know how to do this glitch?
