THREAD: Trying to change my name with Credits

    Hey there guys, I went into Shop and selected a name change to change my name and now it says I have no credits.?
    It says I already have the 100 credits in my Cart but then when I go into my Checkout. It says it's empty in Shop?
    Someone please explain what I've done wrong?

    Have you tried going into your Control panel and clicking Edit Profile and changing your name there?

    Check your inventory, find it and hit configure. Have you tried that ?

    If you go over to the shop: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Then click on 'Inventory' in the left hand 'Options' box:
    You must register to view this content.

    You should see a 'Name Change', which will have 'Configure' next to it.
    You must register to view this content.

    If not, click one lower on 'Transaction Log' to see whether the purchase went through?
